At Palm Beach Smiles, we have focused on cosmetic and functional dental reconstructions since 1994.  My name is Dr. Michael Barr, and I am a general dentist in Boynton Beach, Florida.  Over the years, I've pursued an interest in the advanced cosmetic and reconstructive aspects of dentistry.  Smile Makeovers have been a popular topic for several years, especially on TV.  And, I've done my fair share of them.   However, as I've gained experience, I think a better term for most people would be a "Smile Do-over." 

For many reasons, a lot of people have "let their mouths go."  It's no longer a desire to look like a movie star.  It's wanting to simply no longer being embarrassed.  It's having confidence to function in society without being self-conscious.  It's also about being able to use your mouth for more than just smiling.  It's about eating and speaking comfortably.  It's a Smile Do-Over.
